We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized resale, payment issues, or pricing errors. Purchases are covered by our return policy.
Our lamps are made to order. Because of this, we cannot guarantee continuous availability of any product, finish, or color variation. A product, colorway, or batch may be discontinued at any time.
All content on this website — including but not limited to product designs, images, videos, branding, logos, graphics, text, and written materials — is the intellectual property of We Build Lamps. Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Reviews and photos you submit remain yours. By posting a review or photo you grant We Build Lamps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content on this website and in our marketing, including social media, email, and advertising, with or without your first name attached. You confirm that the content is your own, that any photo was taken by you, and that it does not show other people who have not agreed to appear. Photos are checked for image quality before they appear; a photo may be declined on that basis while the written review and rating stay published. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, contains someone's personal information, or is unrelated to the product. We do not remove, edit, or reorder reviews because they are critical of us.
When you buy from us, we may send you a single email inviting you to review your purchase. It is sent once per order and never repeated, and you can opt out at any time using the link in the email.
Our lamps are designed for LED bulbs only, and for indoor use in dry rooms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Build Lamps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage arising from misuse of a product contrary to the instructions provided. We Build Lamps's total liability for any claim relating to a product purchase shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; where such laws apply to you, these limitations apply only to the fullest extent they permit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived.
This website relies on third-party services — including Shopify (checkout and payment), Web3Forms (form delivery), and shipping carriers — and may contain links to external sites. We Build Lamps is not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction — except where the consumer law of your home jurisdiction gives you a non-waivable right to sue there, including in small-claims court.
