Our return and exchange policy covers all of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

the short version
damage & defects

If your lamp arrives damaged, or a manufacturing defect appears under normal use, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery with your order number and photos (for shipping damage, include the outer box). We replace the affected part or the whole lamp at no cost to you — you don't need to ship the damaged one back unless we ask. Normal use means an LED bulb only (never incandescent or halogen) in a dry, indoor room; damage from heat-emitting bulbs or outdoor use isn't covered.

change of mind

Not what you hoped? We accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery. The lamp must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. You cover the cost of return shipping; we recommend a tracked service, as the lamp is your responsibility until it reaches us. Once we've received and inspected it, your refund goes back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

how to start a return
  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason, and photos if something's wrong.
  2. We'll reply within 2–3 business days with approval and return instructions.
  3. Ship it back tracked (change-of-mind only — damage and defect claims usually don't need a return).
order cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be packed or shipped — email us and we'll do our best.

bespoke commissions

A bespoke lamp is designed and made for you and your space, so commissions are final sale once you've approved the design. The damage & defects promise above still applies in full.
